Which tools do you use?
PostgreSQL and the major cloud warehouses, open-source or managed pipelines, and a BI tool you already pay for where possible. We do not sell a platform.
How long until the first dashboard?
Usually within the first two or three weeks, on real data, so the definitions get argued about early rather than at the end.
Does this prepare us for AI?
Yes. Clean, documented, permissioned data is most of what an AI project needs. The same team can take the next step once the foundation is in.
